Clarion creates advisory board
Clarion Communications has launched a 'unique to market' advisory board, as part of its new public sector and not-for-profit offering.
Clarion CEO Gary Freemantle said that the board would help public sector clients demanding 'high-level advice backed by real experience'. It will also provide commercial companies with 'help in connecting with customers who are increasingly demanding ethical practices'.
The board includes British Society of Immunology chief executive Judith Willetts and head of the Eden Project's climate change programme Augusta Grand.
Other members include The Sun's senior features writer Sharon Hendry and former executive director of Womankind Worldwide Maggie Baxter.
The board will meet twice a year as a 'think-tank' to discuss and produce a paper on the state of the relationship between the business and not-for-profit worlds.
