The London station Heart 106.2 is promoting its new breakfast show, presented by Jamie Theakston, with a £2 million ad campaign. The TV and press campaign, the largest ever for Heart, was created by Clemmow Hornby Inge.

IPC Media has cut the price of its men's monthly Loaded from £3.40 to £2.50 following its redesign. It also said that the new listings weekly TV easy will be priced at 35p. The first on-sale issue is out on 3 May, with a sample issue being distributed this week.

Barb is joining forces with Rajar in a joint test of electronic meters. The television audience panel is arranging for a small number of TV stations to take part in Rajar's next test of the Arbitron meter device. Rajar has committed £500,000 to the next stage of its testing of electronic measurement.
