Well said Fred Banning ('Graduates are put off by "slave" mentality,' Letters, 24 Nov). The industry is famously competitive to enter, but that's no excuse for exploiting keen, talented candidates.

I write following your Media Analysis, 'Welsh media and how to woo them' (24 Nov). The problem highlighted by Welsh culture minister Alun Pugh is that information found in the London-based papers is often not relevant in Wales, and more often than not, this is not made clear.
