This is not the first time I've written about the NHS and its communication challenges - and probably won't be the last. However, for reasons which will become clear, I did think one key decision made by the NHS in London last week was worth noting.
Just before Christmas, the Communities and Local Government Select Committee launched an enquiry into the Government's proposed changes to council publicity rules.
2011 has started badly for public service. It appears that many local authorities are rubbish at collecting rubbish and the police and health service have faced significant criticism for their communication of a range of issues.
