Portland has poached the Foreign and Commonwealth Office's head of digital diplomacy in a bid to boost its online corporate reputation expertise.
Portland has welcomed the CIPR's plans to shake up the PR industry's approach to Wikipedia and would also be happy to take guidance from the site's founder Jimmy Wales, as Bell Pottinger will do this week.
Portland has brought in Downing Street's former director of policy James O'Shaughnessy as chief policy adviser.
