The first day of 2006 saw the healthcare PR industry brace itself as the ABPI clampdown on pharma marketing came into force. But, despite initial fears about the impact of the new code, the sector managed to pull together an all-round good year.
The last 12 months have been an exciting time to be in financial PR. The deals – be they global or local – keep coming, and the war chests of both private and institutional investors show little sign of emptying.
