Bollinger is sponsoring a calendar to be cover-mounted on the January issue of BBC Magazines' Eve, marking the champagne's first sponsorship initiative with a glossy magazine. Mars has won a High Court appeal preventing Nestle from registering the 3-D shape of the Polo mint as a trademark in the UK without the word 'Polo' on it, unless Nestle agrees to amend the mark by keeping it to the size of a Polo and colouring it white.
