Weber Shandwick has appointed Rose de la Pascua from Cohn & Wolfe to head its Spanish operations, leading its offices in Madrid and Barcelona.
Mark Sinnock, marketing director at Asda, has left the supermarket chain. He is being replaced by Jon Owen, the current director of marketing strategy.
