Air Miles is investing in new technology to develop interactive capabilities and move toward one-to-one consumer marketing.
Royal Mail is putting a listing of postcodes and addresses on its site, www.royalmail.co.uk, so that direct marketers can check the accuracy of postcodes. It will be based on the Royal Mail s Postal Address File database, which holds 26 million UK addresses.
