A new graduate award scheme has been announced by Manchester-based
Communique Public Relations. Known as Kick Start, it will give one
Manchester Metropolitan University PR graduate work placement for six

Craig Harrow, formerly head of PPS s Edinburgh office has been
appointed as a director of McGrigor Donald Public Policy (MDPP), the
