Eat Natural has hired former Marks & Spencer biscuit developer Harriet Gregory to head its new product innovation department.
SABMiller has promoted Kristin Kaplan Wolfe to the role of head of alcohol policy. Wolfe replaces Adrian Botha, who has left the firm. She takes up the role on 1 March, and will oversee the group's policy on responsible drinking. She was previously assistant general counsel at Miller Brewing.

Bakeware company More Than Group has named Catherine Alty marketing director. Alty joins from RBS Insurance, where she was privilege business manager. Other previous roles have included a stint at MBNA.
