People moves: Million-2-1

Ian Milligan, the former sales and marketing director of National Lottery operator Camelot, has been hired by mobile lottery company Million-2-1 to head its commercial operations.

Simon Dolph has joined postal operator TNT Mail as head of marketing and communications. He will be responsible for developing the brand and building awareness of its services.
