People moves: MSN Europe

Marc Bresseel, MSN's director for Belgium, has risen to the new role of regional sales director for MSN Europe. He has been charged with expanding MSN's ad sales team and developing the MSN brand. He will report to Chris Dobson, general manager for digital marketing.

People moves: Coca-Cola

Jayne Lawrence has joined Coca-Cola as senior brand manager for Diet Coke, reporting to marketing manager Fiona Hope. Lawrence joins from GlaxoSmithKline, where she was group brand manager for Ribena for two years.

Michael Payne, director of global broadcast and media rights at the International Olympic Committee, has quit the role to become a special adviser to Bernie Ecclestone at Formula One Management. Payne, who has worked at the IOC for 15 years, held the role of marketing director from 1989 until last year.

Peden, who replaces Sharon Wood, has been a freelance travel consultant for the past five years. Prior to that, she was sales and marketing director at Universal Studios in Hollywood.
