Nortel Networks is talking to agencies about its business-to-business integrated account. The brief
Digital UK, the organisation co-ordinating the switchover from analogue to digital TV, has shortlisted Proximity London, OgilvyOne, Partners Andrews Aldridge and Rapier to pitch for its DM account. PHD, MediaCom, MindShare and ZenithOptimedia will contest media. The pitches take place next week.
