This year's winner of the James Maxwell Award for promising entrant to the PR industry is 21-year-old Amy Holland, who has joined Ketchum on a bursary.

However, so impressed were the judges by two other candidates, Alexander Boyne and Justine McMenemy, that they have also been taken on by Ketchum London on probation.

The annual award commemorates the late James Maxwell, whose agency Scope was rebranded as Ketchum.

Holland will collect her award at the PRWeek Awards 2008 on 21 October at Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London.
