CIPR finally takes the blogging plunge
There was much talk at PRWeek's PR and the New Media conference about blogs this Wednesday, so it is timely that the industry's trade body, the CIPR, has entered the blogosphere.
The body's president, Tony Bradley, tells us he has been 'pleasantly surprised by the reception we've received from hardcore bloggers' to the CIPR's initiative.
He jokes: 'All credit for the CIPR embracing this technology goes to me. No, not really - it's all down to the UK's top student blogger Stephen Davies, who is just finishing a PR degree at Sunderland University.
'Stephen gave me a very hard time over a period of months about no CIPR blog.'
Head to prvoice.typepad.com for the world according to Bradley.
