Conservative Party's Steve Hilton's arrest branded 'trivial' by Pascoe-Watson

The Sun's former political editor George Pascoe-Watson has dismissed the news that David Cameron's director of strategy Steve Hilton was arrested in 2008 as a 'tiny and trivial incident'.
