INVESTOR RELATIONS: Aviva has appointed Charles Barrows as group investor relations director. Currently director, financial control at Norwich Union Life, Aviva's UK life and pensions business, he takes up the role in October. He replaces Steve Riley, who quit two months ago (PRWeek, 29 April).
