De Beers Marketing takes on Exposure for global PR activity

De Beers Group Marketing has taken on consumer PR agency Exposure for PR project work.
Exposure has been briefed to work on global consumer PR on a number of undisclosed projects following a competitive pitch process.
The agency will report into Ellie Goss, head of PR for De Beers Group Marketing.
The appointment was made as the diamond company, which controls 40 per cent of the diamond market, posted a 14 per cent increase in underlying earnings in 2007 to £246m from £217m a year earlier.
During 2007, De Beers produced 51.1m carats, maintaining the record production achieved in 2006.
