HMCS turns to Good Relations
Brady: director, Good Relations
Matt Cartmell 30-Nov-07
The body responsible for running the court service has turned to Good Relations to communicate plans to improve its speed and effectiveness.
Her Majesty’s Court Service (HMCS) is an arm of the Ministry of Justice, responsible for managing the magistrates' courts, the Crown Court, county courts, the High Court and Court of Appeal in England and Wales.
Good Relations will promote a scheme called Simple, Speedy, Summary Justice (CJSSS). The scheme will be communicated to professionals working across the criminal justice system including the Police, the Crown Prosecution Service and magistrates.
Good Relations’ team of three, led by director Phil Brady, is focusing on the effectiveness of the scheme by gathering information and testimonials from people working in the criminal justice system.
