Global PR agency Text100 is centralising its back-office account servicing from a new office based in India.

The ‘Global Resource Optimization’ service will provide account administration, content and secondary research to support client campaigns and pitches.

The service will be headed up by newly installed Mumbai MD Madhuri Sen from India. The 24-hour service will be available to Text 100 clients as well as staff.

Text 100 has already signed up clients for the initiative. ‘We are offering clients a way to maximise their budgets and receive better service by moving time sensitive activity that can be done anywhere to lower cost markets,’ said Text100 CEO Aedhmar Hynes.
