Ryan and Sutton join start-up Corfin
Former Transport for London group comms MD Locksley Ryan and ex-GlaxoSmithKline V-P of UK corporate media relations Martin Sutton have joined a start-up corporate and financial PR consultancy as directors.
The pair have joined former Brunswick associate partner Harry Chathli and veteran financial journalist Neil Thapar to work for Corfin Communications, a City-based PR shop launched in July.
The four-strong consultancy has six clients, including semiconductor company Wolfson Microelectronics.
Corfin is also promoting upcoming flotations for Orca Interactive and MicroEmissive Displays.
Ryan quit his TfL post in July (PRWeek, 9 July) while Sutton quit GSK in April after 13 years with the drugs giant (PRWeek, 30 April).
