PUBLIC SECT0R BRIEFS: Department of Health appoints manager

HEALTH: The Department of Health has appointed London Ambulance Service press and public affairs officer Rachel Morris as communications project manager for its patient experience initiatives. She joins this week on a year-long secondment, reporting to assistant director Andrew Millward.
