Edwards has an MBA from London Business School and a PhD in Marketing from Bath University. She has spent 16 years working with some of the world's biggest brands including Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, BT, Motorola and Renault.
As well as lecturing on the MBA elective at London Business School and Warwick University, Edwards is co-author of Creating Passion Brands: how to build emotional brand connection with consumers.
