Diary: The Ann and Joe show
Campaign, Friday, 16 April 2010, 12:00am,
Joe Petyan, the joint managing director of JWT London, did a sterling job of defending his agency's provocative campaign for the National Centre for Domestic Violence on BBC Radio 4's Woman's Hour earlier this week.
But it seems that Petyan's real challenge came in the green room before the show, when he found himself embroiled in a heated exchange with the Tory MP Ann Widdecombe over the benefits of social media. Apparently, Widdecombe was called into the studio before things got too nasty. Just as well for Petyan, as if things did spill over into a brawl, we know who we'd have our money on.
