The European Parliament is due to begin its wide-ranging study into public perceptions of the organisation next month. Hill & Knowlton in Brussels beat off competition from 17 other agencies for the Ecu 157,000 (pounds 130,000) account in September. The study, due to be completed by January, will include a review of the parliament’s information policy and its relations with the media across Europe.
