LONDON - Labour's election manifesto dominates the front pages today, with The Times reporting on Labour's plan to 'force foreign workers to speak English', and The Daily Telegraph revealing plans to 'win back Middle England'.

Labour is also on the cover of The Guardian, with a promise to improve public services and The Independent headlines ‘Brown’s plan to win votes the Blair way’.

Not to be left out, David Cameron is featured in The Daily Telegraph explaining ‘why I nearly quit politics’.

The tragic deaths of Poland's president and top security chiefs in Saturday's air crash in Russia also make the front pages of The Times, The Guardian, the Financial Times and The Daily Telegraph.

The Daily Express declares ‘English’ pupils are in the minority in 1,500 schools.

The Sun reveals Prince Harry spent £10k on champagne on a night out in London. It also launches a new holiday offer, this time raising the price to £15 and including 314 parks in 11 countries.

The Game pullout is free in The Times today, and the Daily Mirror includes sports coverage in its Mania supplement.

Sandals continues its 40%-off ad in The Guardian, while Cartier advertises watches on the cover of The Daily Telegraph.
