LONDON - People are largely loyal to British Airways and believe it has done a good job of communicating around the cabin crew strikes, according to members of the public interviewed in our latest BR video.

Most people interviewed said they would fly with BA again, with the only real dissenting voice being 19-year-old bank worker Ben, who said: "I don't want to be messed around."

But others were positive – including 39-year-old carpenter Steve, who said: "I'd rather go with a decent quality firm than go on Easyjet or some old rubbish like that."

Philip, 42 and a delivery driver, said: "I'd still fly with BA because I support their people. And if no one flies with them, then they'll all be out of a job."

Asked whether they thought BA has done a good job of communicating, the response was more mixed.

While the company has used press advertising and social media extensively to put out information and its side of the story, no one mentioned having seen this. Instead, they said they had obtained their information from TV news.
