Stokoe moves to Fire Brigade

Stokoe will join the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority in May as head of comms.

He will oversee a department of 34 comms staff covering press, events, internal and online comms, public affairs, marketing and in-house design functions for the brigade.

Stokoe's duties will include building on community safety and fire safety legislation campaigns, and driving a comms strategy during a period of modernisation - including proposals to change start and finish working times. Tunick said he would use the work of LS Lowry as inspiration for 'Everyday People', from 12 June to 26 September.
