Pho has three restaurants in London but will open its first store outside the capital in May in Brighton. This will be followed by a place in Soho and a handful more sites in the next six months.
The company has asked ING Media to boost its brand in the business community and UK restaurant industry. The agency will also handle consumer media relations and social media work.
ING will position the group as independent family-run specialists inspired by the street food of Vietnam. It will stress that Pho’s food is based on authentic recipes, and is not fused with Chinese cuisine like many of the restaurants along Kingsland Road.
Pho was launched in 2005, and previously handled the PR work in-house.
