Four's Neil Hopkins joins M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment as a director

M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment has appointed former Four Communications head of sport Neil Hopkins as director.

Hopkins joins this week with a brief to oversee the agency's strategic and creative output. The agency continues to expand ahead of a World Cup year in which the agency will work for FIFA World Cup sponsors Coca-Cola and Castrol, as well as with The Football Association.

Hopkins helped found Four's Sports, Arts & Sponsorship division in 2005. He also previously spent eight years at Hill and Knowlton where he worked with M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment MD Jamie Wynne-Morgan. He also counted CEO Steve Martin as a client at Adidas International.

M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment now employs 28 staff in its London headquarters. Clients include Carlsberg, Orange UK, Powerade, Reebok and TaylorMade adidas Golf.

M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment recently won PR Week's Specialist Agency of the Year award for the second consecutive year.
