Blinkx will serve ads around ITN video content on the websites of the Daily Express and the Daily Star, as well as OK!, New! and Star magazines.
Blinkx has sold online video advertising across a number of ITN's partner websites since July 2008 - a relationship that expanded earlier this year to include the Daily Mail and Midland News Association websites.
Using its contextual ad platform, Blinkx will place relevant advertising against ITN's video content.
Blinkx has more than 350 ad partners and about 35 million hours of video and audio content.
