16 October: It probably wasn't Twitter that won it for The Guardian vs Carter-Ruck, but it sure did publicise the issue. Now today the identity of an abusive London Underground worker is doing the rounds, along with a video of him suggesting a customer should be slung under a train. Mayor Boris Johnson is now on the case and undoubtedly this is because Twitter created a mass of complaint that simply couldn't be ignored.

19 October: Finding the best radio station is obviously a subjective experience. Are you looking for a particular band or genre? Do you want somewhere with variety? And how on earth do you find the station that's right for you, without going through every stop on the dial and noting down what they play for a whole day?

POST stands for People, Objectives, Strategy and Technology. Put the people first. Once you know the fundamental attributes of your audience, the obvious parts of the programme readily present themselves and all that is left is a burst of creativity to make the ideas for engagement fun.
