RBS to retain John Brown
Marketing, Tuesday, 07 July 2009, 12:00am,
Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) has retained John Brown to publish Sense, its customer magazine, as the group drives its 'helpful banking' strategy across its financial brands.
The magazine is distributed to RBS and NatWest customers. It increased its circulation to 1.5m at the end of last year with the aim of better targeting customers of both banking brands.
John Brown held onto the Sense business following a pitch against Seven Squared. It has produced the magazine since 2007.
Neither John Brown nor Seven Squared was available for comment as Marketing went to press.
