Digital & Direct: CWDC hires 23red division

The Children's Workforce Development Council (CWDC), part of the Skills for Care and Development Sector Skills Council focusing on those working with young people, has appointed 23red Regions to handle its creative and design work following a pitch.
The agency, which is the regional arm of brand communications agency 23red, will work on developing communications as well as direct marketing campaigns targeting employers, managers and practitioners, as well as children.
As well as communication work for publications, 23red Regions will work alongside other agencies on an integrated 'Working' campaign.
