Say helps BMJ Group
- The BMJ Group has hired Say Communications to publicise the first BMJ Group Awards, which recognise 'Excellence In Healthcare'. Say is charged with promoting the awards, which take place on 2 April in London. The ten awards include a Healthcare Communicator of the Year gong.
- Pegasus PR, the Brighton-based healthcare shop, has bolstered its digital offering with a new addition to the team. Digital consultant Laura Johnson has joined Pegasus as social media consultant, from London-based social media agency Shiny Red.
- Reynolds-MacKenzie has appointed Claire Greeff as a senior account executive, joining from Cohn & Wolfe. Annabel Gillett has also been brought on board as a junior account executive.
- A CIPR health and medical group is supporting a call for clarity in communicating risk to the public. At a meeting last week, comms experts discussed the issue of communicating health risks and the impact of media reporting.
