Malta Tourism Authority recruits agency

The agency will work to build awareness of Gozo, Malta's sister island, and promote it as a destination in its own right.

Media Consulta's campaign will also promote Malta to niche markets, highlighting its luxury attractions, spa, youth, gastronomy, culture and history.

Media Consulta won the account as part of a larger pan-European marketing pitch and the agency's head office in Berlin is leading a pan-European advertising campaign.

Representation Plus was the incumbent agency.

Media Consulta UK manager James Ramsay and senior account manager Susanna Housden will head up the account.
