LONDON - Dreams, the bed retailer, has signed a six-figure deal to sponsor key Sky TV shows this Christmas.
The sponsorship, to run throughout December, will cover key shows including Noel's Christmas Presents, Hogfather and Don't Forget the Lyrics Celebrity Special.
Dreams branding will appear on all of Sky's themed programming strands, plus individual shows on Sky's own channels and Sky Media's partner channels. Dreams will sponsor programming and movies on Sky1, Sky2, Sky3, the Hallmark Channel, Sky Real Lives, Discovery Networks' channels, Sky Movies Comedy and Sky Movies family.
The campaign will also feature sponsored idents on NBC Universal's female-focused channel Diva TV - the channel's first commercial sponsorship. The festive deal will include 15-second opening and closing credits, two five-second credits on all centre breaks and logo accreditation on all relevant programme trailers.
David Shore, head of sponsorship, Sky Media negotiated the deal with Greg Suthern, chief operating officer, Dreams.
