Boots hires LIDA to £15m CRM account

LONDON - Boots has hired direct agency LIDA to its £15m Advantage Card account following a pitch.
The retailer in August called a review of the CRM programme with Proximity London, Partners Aldridge Andrews and LIDA pitching for the business at the end of October.
The incumbent, then Craik Jones did not re-pitch for the business and it later emerged the agency would be folded into sister agency Proximity London. Rapier and Ogilvy were eliminated from the pitch at an earlier stage.
The Boots Health & Beauty Magazine and editorial content for Health and Parenting Club schemes through Redwood was not affected by this review.
