Rooster to boost Russian travel site
- DestinationRussia.com, a website for hotels and travelling in Russia, has drafted in travel and lifestyle specialist agency Rooster to manage all of its consumer and trade PR in the UK. Rooster is the first agency to represent the website and its parent company Go4travel.net.
- ingenico, a chip and pin payment terminal company, has awarded Octopus Communications a six-figure account. Windsor-based Octopus will promote the brand through the national, business and trade media. The brief is to position Ingenico as a specialist commentator on the new ways consumers are paying for goods and servicing, such as with their mobile phones or Oyster travel cards.
- Land Rover Group has taken on Future Publishing to launch a two-month digital campaign for its Range Rover Sport vehicle. Future will promote the luxury 4X4 on its gadget website T3.com and will launch an online channel for the campaign called 'Something for the Weekend'.
- Spreckley Partners has won a four-way pitch to handle the b2b PR for IT company Simplexo. The company has developed a tool called Open Source Enterprise Search solution, which allows businesses to search their internal systems in real-time. Spreckley will help to launch the company and build awareness in the business and technology media.
- Commerce Media has hired iseepr as its retained agency to oversee b2b PR. The agency will launch Celo, a system that uses mobile phones to authenticate internet users when they log on to high security websites. The system is already being used by the UK Ministry of Defence.
