SABMiller appoints international marketers

LONDON - SABMiller has made two international marketing appointments in a bid to ensure closer co-ordination across markets.
Chris Taylor has been appointed to the new position of group international brands director. Taylor was previously the international brand director for Peroni Nastro Azzurro since its launch in 2005 and subsequent rollout in 15 markets around the world.
In addition, Pam Powell is appointed to the new role of group marketing strategy and innovation director, responsible for the elements of SABMiller's strategic agenda relating to top-line value growth. Powell was previously international business development director, handling the premium brands portfolio development and responsible for supporting markets on key strategic projects.
SABMiller's international brands include Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Pilsner Urquell, Miller Genuine Draft and Grolsch.
