The magazine is scheduled to launch in 2009 and will add to a portfolio of Egmont titles aimed at boys including Power Rangers, World of Cars and Thomas & Friends.
Prefacing the launch of the magazine, Egmont will produce two special All About ... Ben 10 issues, which will offer readers an insight into the cartoon's characters and storylines.
The magazine will have a target market of six to 11-year-old boys and an initial print run of 80,000.
The content will include competitions where readers can win a games console, copies of the new Ben 10 video game or Ben 10 merchandise.
In July, Egmont Magazines announced plans to launch a magazine aimed at three to six-year-olds, based on, and named after, the CBeebies TV show, Numberjacks.
