Pegasus PR, the Brighton-based agency, has bolstered its senior team with the appointment of Stuart Hehir as creative director. He takes up the newly created position from his role as head of consumer at Chameleon PR.

- Ruder Finn has poached Burson-Marsteller director Andrew Knill to join as a group associate director. He will strengthen Ruder Finn's consumer health division. At B-M, Knill's clients included Coca-Cola.

- Huntsworth Health has added to its medical comms division with the appointment of Doug Mitchell as senior account director. He has previously worked at healthcare shops Avenue HKM, Medicus and Magnetic HCA.

- The Scott Partnership has been taken on by single use laboratory plastics firm Sterilin to handle PR support for a campaign aimed at the healthcare, clinical and pharma sectors across Europe.

- The Pharmaceutical Marketing Society has expanded its committee with the appointments of Baxter healthcare group product manager Nick Rodger and OnMedica head of business development Jon Vernon.
