James Brooke has joined the agency as MD, number two to CEO Henry Hemming.

He joins directly from Fleishman-Hillard where he was associate director, heading up travel and tourism clients for London and EMEA.

Brooke said that Rooster's 46 per cent growth in the last twelve months, combined with their payment-by-results as well as retainer clients service proposition, attracted him to the agency.

Prior to Fleishman-Hillard, Brooke spent five years at McCluskey International as an account director.

Rooster recently scooped a much sought after brief with Travelsphere, Page & Moy and Just You.

Other clients include Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, Bermuda Department of Tourism and Cheapflights.co.uk.

Brooke replaces outgoing MD Richard Alder.
