We'll give a bottle of champagne to the first randomly selected
entry correctly identifying the company below. It has an advertisement
within the appointments section of this week's Marketing. Fax your
answers to 020 8267 4504.
If you have run out of ideas for Christmas presents and are looking for
suggestions, you can probably call on this week's mystery company to
help you out of a jam.
The foundations of the company can be traced back to 1926, but it wasn't
until three companies merged in 1946, that the business began to have
global coverage, which it does through its network of 57,000 stores in
more than 150 countries.
Earlier this year, the company ran a press and poster campaign targeting
younger people, using the straplines 'Pulling Power' and 'Long-stemmed
lover'.
Last week's winner was Lorraine Baillie of Lopian Wagner in Manchester,
who correctly identified Kimberly-Clark.
