NEW MEDIA BRIEFS: Associated New Media enters online travel market

Associated New Media, the digital arm of Associated Newspapers, is

to enter the online travel market with the launch of

www.thisistravel.co.uk in January. The site will act as a research tool,

with destination guides to 70 countries and hotel reviews, as well as

the ability to book flights, hotels and cars online through selected

commercial partners. Associated New Media also operates the sites

femail.co.uk, This is London, This is Money and UK Plus.
