The TV commercial's soundtrack will feature the voice of Santi White, an up-and-coming artist who is already well-known on MySpace. DJ Freq Nasty, another MySpace star, collaborated on the track.

In the ads, army recruits line up to get their hair shorn. But one male and one female end up using the VO5 product to design unique hairstyles that make them stand out from the rest.

It is the fourth execution in the 'break the mould' campaign, which most recently featured Chinese students styling and re-styling their hair under their classroom desks.

Creative will also break in the press next week, running across men's magazines and weekend supplements.

The campaign was created by Euro RSCG London.
