LONDON - EADS, the European aerospace corporation, has chosen Publicis to develop an international corporate advertising campaign to be launched later this year.
PHD, which had been handling EADS' media planning and buying, has retained its mandate. Both agencies were appointed after a review.
EADS (the European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company) was formed in 2000 from a merger of Germany's DaimlerChrysler Aerospace, French company Aerospatiale-Matra and Spain's Construcciones Aeronauticas.
It specialises in aircraft design and manufacturing, national security and business aviation. Its aircraft models are used by a variety of airline companies. Most recently Hawaiian Airlines ordered 12 EADS-produced Airbus Widebodies.
