LONDON - City AM, the free business daily, has signed up 11 commercial partners for its new website that launches this week.
The website, www.cityam.com, is targeting City workers seeking business and lifestyle information. It is also being pitched as a new platform for advertisers wishing to target the high-spending City AM audience, with banner and skyscraper ads available on the site.
City AM’s commercial partners specialise in areas such as betting, gaming, lifestyle, property and recruitment.
Among these, CityJobs will partner City AM’s recruitment section, BuyAssocation will sponsor its property and health sections, while classifieds outfit Localads.co.uk will partner its price comparison service, Shopping.
BlueSquare (gaming), Turftracks (gaming), CMC (share trading), CFD (trading), Blue Bespoke (entertainment), Tablet Hotels (travel) and Global Travel Market (travel), plus Parship (dating), will partner the website’s other sections.
Cityam.com will feature highlights of content from the day’s newspaper including news, comment, analysis and interviews, as well as the The Capitalist, lifestyle and sport sections.
City AM website editor Kam Patel was appointed in July to oversee its design and content.
