Rail company brings in Haslimann for consumer brief

CrossCountry Trains, the company that took a rail franchise from Virgin, has brought in Haslimann Taylor for a consumer PR brief.
The Birmingham-based agency will support the launch of the franchise, ‘highlighting the vast network of routes available to travellers and driving traffic to the company’s website’.
CrossCountry, which is part of the Arriva bus and rail group, operates passenger services covering to places such as Aberdeen, Stansted, and Cardiff. It will be the transport provider for around 30 million passenger journeys each year.
Separately, Haslimann Taylor has won a brief to provide consumer healthcare support to tampon maker Lil-lets.
‘Lil-lets is a great brand with huge PR potential. We are building a specialist division to service
consumer healthcare brands where we have a track record,’ said Haslimann Taylor MD Bron Eames.
